The Cardio Tennis program involves a variety of drills and games that are designed to get your heart rate up and improve your tennis skills at the same time. Our certified Cardio Tennis instructor is Connor, our experience tennis coach, who guides the class through a series of dynamic warm-up exercises, cardio workouts, and cool-down activities with a lot of fun.
